After KUNZ had already been awarded Law Firm of the Year in the Southwest in 2015, the jury of the JUVE Awards 2019/2020 has again honored KUNZ as Law Firm of the Year in the Southwest 2019/2020.
An important aspect for the jury was the successful merger with Neuhaus Partner at the beginning of the year and the resulting creation of specialized cross-jurisdictional teams. The broad positioning, especially in corporate and labor law, was highlighted by the jury, as was the nationwide expansion of the firm's activities.
„Shortly after the merger with the local competitor Neuhaus Partner, the Koblenz law firm showed that this merger had been well thought out: Kunz quickly organized itself into teams spanning different legal areas. The younger partners in particular are developing many ideas for passing on cases internally and are using these opportunities as a matter of course. ... Many of the larger clients are proof that the broader positioning in corporate law and the large presence in labor law in particular are being rewarded ... Now KUNZ, as a large regional law firm with almost 40 professionals, can continue to make its mark in the banking sector, but also with retail and logistics companies and in the health care sector.“
