Mr. Clemens Laubenstein joined KUNZ in July 2022 from the Frankfurt law firm Laubenstein/Prinz zu Erbach and has since led KUNZ's newly opened office in Frankfurt am Main.
Mr. Laubenstein is a specialist lawyer for insurance law, where he specializes in insurance law for individuals on the passive side. Throughout Germany, he represents, among others, a major German life insurer, in particular in occupational disability litigation and in revocation cases.
Having worked as a litigator for many years, Mr. Laubenstein has extensive procedural experience and broad substantive and medical expertise.
Mr. Laubenstein is a member of the ARGE Versicherungsrecht (Working Group on Insurance Law) of the German Bar Association.
