Dr. Friederike Hein is a member of our administrative law team and specializes in questions of civil service and law applying to the military personnel. She advises and represents civil servants and soldiers in all areas of status and military service law, including disciplinary law. Her expertise also extends to the area of criminal and military criminal law.
Thus, Dr. Hein advises and represents civil servants and soldiers in all individual matters such as the establishment and termination of employment of civil servants, temporary soldiers or professional soldiers, assessments, allowances, civil servant and soldier's pensions, which in particular include compensation for military service and the determination of basic pensions according to the SVG and other special laws. Attorney Hein represents her clients out of court from the hearing to the complaint or objection procedure in all stages of proceedings, urgent legal remedies and instances.
Ds. Hein draws special legal expertise from her training in administrative law during her legal clerkship at the 4th Chamber of the Southern Military Service Court in Koblenz.
Dr. Hein received her doctorate at the University of Potsdam on special administrative law issues.
