Merle Beyer

Ms. Beyer was a trainee lawyer in our law firm and where she discovered her enthusiasm for insurance and liability law and the closely related medical issues during this time.
Since joining KUNZ, she has worked primarily in the area of insurances of the person on the passive side, providing nationwide representation in occupational disability litigation as well as in private accident insurance and private health insurance cases.
In addition, she represents a major German health insurance company throughout Germany in the assertion of recourse claims pursuant to § 116 SGB ("German Social Code") X.
Another focus of her work is general liability law and, in particular, medical liability law. This is where Ms. Beyer can contribute her medical knowledge gained in practice to the cases she handles.
