Mr. Riehl is a lawyer in our Labor & Human Resources and Business & Economy competence teams.
He advises companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law, including collective bargaining and works constitution law.
His field of practice includes the review and drafting of contracts, the support of corporate processes from a labor law perspective, as well as advice and out-of-court enforcement of interests in individual cases and, if necessary, representation in court in labor court judgment and resolution proceedings.
In the competence team Business & Economy, Mr. Riehl advises and assists medium-sized companies in all corporate and contractual matters, in particular in the legal drafting, review and negotiation of commercial, cooperation and distribution agreements.
He is also part of our team in assisting with M&A transactions. Due to his certified very good English skills, he is regularly involved in the support of our international clients.
