Thomas Enderlein

As part of the "Insurance and Liability" and "Transportation and Logistics" competence teams, Mr. Thomas Enderlein advises and represents primarily medium-sized companies, both in out-of-court negotiations.

The focus of his work in the area of insurance law lies in the fields of business liability insurance and fire insurance. Supported by the Germany-wide network of the "Insurance and Liability" competence team, Mr. Enderlein provides advice in close cooperation with his clients and specialized experts for building damage and fire cause investigations, as well as competent remediation service providers. From the moment of the fire damage event onwards, he is available to assist in all steps relating to insurance and liability law. In the conflicting interests of his clients in the removal of damage, decontamination and restoration, as well as the fire cause investigation and preservation of evidence measures that are absolutely necessary in view of possible legal proceedings, Mr. Enderlein also takes into account economic and entrepreneurial considerations with the necessary foresight. This also applies in the case of legal disputes, in which Mr. Enderlein asserts the claims of his clients throughout Germany with determination and at the same time with sensitivity.

In the areas of transportation and logistics law as well as traffic liability law, Mr. Enderlein represents, among others, forwarders, carriers, logisticians and shippers as well as insurers, conducts preventive risk analyses and develops risk avoidance strategies in a trustworthy and interest-oriented consultation.
