KUNZ continues to expand its range of advisory services: At the turn of the year, Dr. Hermann Knott from Andersen joins the firm's Cologne office as a partner with his team. Hermann Knott has been advising on M&A transactions for many years and is well recognized in the market. He was a co-founder of Luther and Andersen in Germany, has worked abroad several times, is also admitted to the New York Bar, has published numerous professional articles and regularly speaks at international conferences. He has an excellent international network.
