Dr. Knott on he Impact of the new GDPR Standard Contract Clauses on Data Transfers to the US

Need for action for companies due to the new EU standard contractual clauses for data transfer

With its decision of 4 June 2021, the EU Commission adopted new standard contractual clauses for agreements with data processors outside the EEA. These also implement the requirements from the ECJ ruling Schrems II. This results in a current need for action for companies.
