In a cooperation event of the European Chinese Arbitrators Association (ECAA) and the VIAC (Vienna International Arbitral Centre) in the context of the 2nd Panel "Practical Tips for Drafting Arbitration Agreements", KUNZ partner Dr. Hermann Knott presents the particularities to be observed in the practice of international arbitration with reference to China.

As part of a reform of the century, the Bundestag passed the Act to Modernise the Law on Partnerships (MoPeG) on 24 June 2021 with the subsequent approval of the Bundesrat.The new regulations particularly affect the civil law partnership (GbR), which is so important for various areas of the economy.  We present an overview of the main principles of the reform.
