In the current ranking "Procurement Law" of WirtschaftsWoche magazine, KUNZ was distinguished as one of the most renowned law firms in Germany in the field of procurement law; at the same time, Dr. Dr. Theis received the award "TOP Lawyer for Public Procurement Law".
For this purpose, the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI), on behalf of WirtschaftsWoche, had asked almost 1,000 lawyers all over Germany for their most renowned colleagues in the field of procurement law.
According to the jury's assessment, 40 law firms and 57 lawyers throughout Germany have prevailed in the field of procurement law. The jury included representatives from practice, business (including Thyssen-Krupp, Deutsche Bahn), and literature.
