Annika Kandil

Attorney Kandil is a member of our practice groups focusing on Corporate and Commercial Law, IT and Data Protection, Foundations and Associations, and International Business.

She advises companies on national and international business law. In addition to drafting, reviewing, and structuring commercial, cooperation, and distribution agreements, she assists our clients with general matters concerning partnerships and corporations and handles the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of claims.

Within our IT and Data Protection practice group, her focus is on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. This includes, in particular, the drafting and negotiation of license and maintenance agreements, EVB-IT contracts, project contracts, Software as a Service agreements, and agile projects. In addition, Attorney Kandil advises companies on data protection issues. In this regard, she assists companies in particular with the introduction of new processes—such as the implementation of new tools like video conferencing or video surveillance—the fulfillment of statutory information obligations and data subject rights, and the design of social media presences along with online marketing measures.
