Arnold Neuhaus

Arnold Neuhaus is a partner in the firm and, together with his team, advises medium-sized companies and their executive bodies on all transactions in the fields of corporate law, commercial law and employment law. He is available for legal support in decision-making processes, the drafting of contracts and declarations as well as the enforcement of claims before the ordinary courts and the labor courts.

In the area of litigation, his focus is on the assertion and defense of major claims.

Due to his additional qualifications in medical law, his special competence lies in advising and representing hospitals, head physicians, physicians in private practice, medical centers in the field of labor law from the drafting to the execution of contracts, medical company law from the founding to the settlement of companies and legal constructs similar to companies, the acquisition and sale of practices or practice shares, shareholder disputes, admission law and all related areas of law.

On a regular basis he is engaged with in-house training and lectures by hospital owners (healthcare compliance, compliance in medical practice, delegation of medical services; medical liability) as well as for lecture events on all current topics of employment law.
