Dr. Christoph Theis

Christoph Theis advises companies and executives, from managing directors to senior managers, as well as employees and works councils in all aspects of individual and collective labor law, both in and out of court. The main focus of his work is on advice in connection with the termination of employment and service contracts as well as the drafting of works agreements, termination and employment contracts.

A further focus of his practice is the labor law support of restructurings and the representation of companies and works councils in reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations.

Dr. Theis also appears nationwide as a speaker at labor law seminars and in-house trainings.
