Eckhard K. Kunz

Eckhard Kunz has been a lawyer in Koblenz since 1977. As co-founder of our firm, he has played a decisive role in the development of our firm into one of the leading law firms in the Middle Rhine Valley.
One focus of his legal work is in the area of real estate and property law, where he advises and represents our clients in the establishment and support of special purpose companies, in the negotiation of property purchase and leasehold contracts as well as in the conclusion of loan and security agreements.
In addition, his many years of experience have made him a valued advisor to numerous medium-sized companies. He represents and advises these companies and their shareholders in all economic activities from the founding of companies, company acquisitions to inheritance and succession planning. Due to his decades of experience, he has a close personal relationship with many clients and thus a mutual trusting relationship.
For many years, he has been highlighted in the JUVE Handbook for Commercial Law Firms for his special expertise in commercial and criminal law. He is the chairman of the supervisory board of several companies.
