Isabelle Weiland

In our competence team specializing in all questions of asset succession and generational change, Isabelle Weiland draws up concepts for succession and inheritance law for entrepreneurs and selected private clients. In doing so, she is able to apply her profound legal knowledge, which is based on an early specialization. Her range of work includes the examination of existing wills and inheritance contracts and the preparation of those to be drawn up, supplemented if necessary by instruments such as gifts or waivers of compulsory portions. In the event of conflicts under inheritance law, Isabelle Weiland represents clients in and out of court and in inheritance certificate proceedings. The enforcement of and defense against claims to a compulsory portion are also becoming increasingly important.

In addition, Ms. Isabelle Weiland advises medium-sized companies and private individuals on the assertion and enforcement of claims (including dunning proceedings up to enforcement) and in active and passive litigation.
