Mr. Spurzem benefits from the profound experience he gained in the law firm of Professor Dr. Kropshofer und Kollegen, Koblenz, over more than 15 years of exclusively handling appeal proceedings at the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz. Thus, procedural representation, especially in insurance and medical liability appeal proceedings, is currently one of the main focuses of Mr. Spurzem's legal practice.
Mr. Spurzem has passed on his knowledge in this regard, among other things as the long-standing head of a working group for legal trainees.
