Natalie Edelmann

Natalie Edelmann studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen.
She advises on data protection, IT, IP and antitrust law. She gained her legal expertise in these areas through early specialisation. During her studies, Ms Edelmann focused on antitrust law, competition law and intellectual property law. During her legal clerkship, she worked for the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Baden-Württemberg and a global publishing group, among others.
One focus of Ms Edelmann's work is the drafting and review of contracts and advising on the structuring of property rights. She also advises our clients on the introduction of current innovations in IT law and the implementation of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).
