Mr. Sarx advises and represents clients in all matters of family and inheritance law and acts as executor of wills. In particular, he advises on all questions of pension equalization, separation and post-marital maintenance as well as child support, right of contact with children, custody and right of residence, equalization of gains, division of household effects and allocation of the marital home. A special focus is the drafting of prenuptial agreements and agreements on the consequences of divorce.
Within the framework of inheritance law, he advises on techniques and possibilities for drafting wills of individuals, spouses and entrepreneurs. He deals with all questions of a reasonable distribution of assets through inheritance and bequests, taking into account not only personal and family, but especially economic aspects. Advice is also provided on questions of preventive power of attorney and patient decrees.
Another focus of his work in the Railway Infrastructure and Transportation Competence Team is the representation of railroad infrastructure and transportation companies. For many years he has been representing one of the largest German transport companies in and out of court in all liability matters, in particular in matters of personal injury and/or property damage as well as in the construction and architectural field.
