KUNZ supports Vis Moot, the advanced training in arbitration for students from all over the world

For more than 10 years, Bucerius Law School students have participated in the Willem C. Vis Moot in Vienna and Hong Kong. This involves simulating an arbitration hearing on issues of arbitration law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In preparation, the teams of the law school regularly participate in pre-moots in Hamburg, Munich, Hanover, as well as another European city.

The 28th Vis Moot Program will take place from March 26 to April 1, 2021. Teams of students from universities from numerous countries have prepared briefs in simulated arbitration. Now the moot oral hearings will take place. KUNZ partner Hermann Knott will participate in several hearings as an arbitrator.

KUNZ is pleased to contribute to international legal education in this way.
