At the beginning of this year Hermann Knott joined Kunz as a partner with responsibility for the firm's international development. In an interview with Legal 500 he explains his motivaitons and objectives. For Hermann Knott, the main reason for joining KUNZ was the entrepreneurial perspective of expanding the international practice in a dynamically developing medium-sized law firm. Such tasks require the joint support of the entire team and can best be realized in an environment supported by a mutually coordinated strategy.
In the interview, Hermann Knott looks back on the first joint discussions with the partners of KUNZ, where it became clear that there were goals that could be realized together, and the common will to pursue them jointly. This was then followed by the phase of transition and integration.
