KUNZ partner Hermann Knott has received awards in international arbitration

KUNZ Lawyers is pleased to announce that its partner Hermann Knott has been admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), London, a leading professional membership organization representing the interests of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioners worldwide.

Fellowship is the senior CIArb membership grade. In achieving this, Hermann has demonstrated that he has been trained and tested to a globally-recognized high standard in arbitration. Prior to admission as a Fellow, Hermann had passed the accelerated route to fellowship, award writing examination, and peer interview organized by the CIArb.

Hermann has also been admitted as a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb), one of the major arbitration centers in Asia. The Institute’s main objective is to promote arbitration and other alternative methods of dispute resolution (ADR) in Hong Kong which is a service center for Asia and gateway to China.

Later this year Hermann will sit for the fellowship assessment of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) which in close cooperation with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre promotes professional training and development in this major arbitration hub in Asia.

With these additional qualifications, Hermann wants to document his skills as an arbitrator and party representative in important international arbitration centers.
