In his many years of legal practice, Mr. Frisch has specialized in the areas of labor law, building and architectural law and private commercial law.
In employment law, he advises and represents employers and employees as well as works councils in all questions of individual and collective employment law. The main focus of his work in employment law is on advising companies on the drafting of employment contracts, the handling of employment relationships and all questions of restructuring. Furthermore, Mr. Frisch has extensive experience in the field of municipal real estate management and administration, so that his consulting practice also includes public employers, employees and staff councils. In addition, Mr. Frisch worked for several years as a consultant for international and national personnel management/Recruitment Interim Management and was involved in the design of international employment contracts.
Mr. Frisch also advises and represents clients and contractors as well as condominium owners and real estate administrations in the area of building and architectural law on all questions of building and real estate law, with a focus on advising companies, architects and private clients. Due to his training as a real estate manager, he chairs condominium owners' meetings and has already managed several large properties. Due to an extra-occupational course of studies in the area of "Public Private Partnership", Mr. Frisch has comprehensive knowledge in the field of public procurement and awarding of contracts.
Mr. Frisch holds lectures and in-house trainings on labor and real estate law topics.
