Dr. jur. Christian Müller

Dr. Christian Müller is an Associate Partner and specializes in litigation and consulting mandates in public law. Dr. Müller advises and represents our clients in all matters of environmental, public contributions and economic administrative law as well as in construction planning and approval procedures. In addition to comprehensive knowledge of official approval procedures, our clients also benefit from his many years of experience in dealing with state administration bodies and associations.

Dr. Müller is also highly regarded as a consultant in complex questions of municipal law. His specialization and professional experience are complemented by his practical knowledge as a long-standing city council member of the city council of a large district city.

A further focus of his practice is advising and representing both civil servants and public law entities on issues relating to the establishment of civil servant status, transfers, secondments, implementation, promotion and evaluation. The aim of his advice is to find constructive solutions that lead to a quick and good result for the client. Dr. Müller also has extensive experience in litigation through all instances of administrative jurisdiction.

On behalf of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz, Dr. Müller actively participates in the training of young lawyers by teaching in the area of the working groups for legal trainees which form part of the mandatory education plan prior to the Bar admission test. As a specialist lawyer for building and architectural law, he renders advice on the many different aspects of civil building law.
