Michael Scheid has been employed at Kunz Rechtsanwälte since 1991. In 2006, he was one of the first lawyers in the Koblenz area to acquire the qualification as a specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law, and in the same year he also became a specialist lawyer for traffic law. Since then, Mr. Scheid has been working exclusively in these fields of law.
Mr. Scheid advises and represents property managers, owners and tenants out of court and in court in matters of residential property law as well as in the area of commercial and private tenancy law.
Mr. Scheid is also responsible for representing his clients’ interests in traffic law matters such as the settlement of accident claims, the defense in traffic law regulatory offences and criminal proceedings as well as in driving license law.
