Gabriele Kaeser studied law at the University of Regensburg and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn. She also completed training as a Commercial Mediator at the Steinbeis University Berlin Academy for Mediation, Social Affairs and Law. Furthermore, Ms. Kaeser has successfully completed the specialized lawyer courses in Employment Law and Inheritance Law.
She advises our clients primarily on Employment Law issues and Corporate Law as well as the related contractual arrangements. Ms. Kaeser represents companies and executives in all matters of Employment Law and supports our clients in negotiations as well as before court throughout Germany.
Furthermore, Ms. Kaeser is active in Inheritance Law, starting with the private drafting of asset succession through testamentary dispositions or cross-generational contracts up to the development of succession clauses under corporate law and the accompaniment of business transfers to the next generation.
Gabriele Kaeser also has expertise as a long-standing in-house lawyer for an insurance company in advising on insurance law issues and providing support in the event of a claim, as well as reviewing insurance terms and conditions and advising on issues of Insurance Contract and Insurance Supervision Law.
She supports companies affected by product liability cases from the moment the claim is reported in order to set the course for a defense against unjustified claims as soon as possible. In these cases, our clients also benefit from our firm's know-how in technical matters as well as our expertise in Liability and Damages Law.
