Mr. Rohde is a partner in our law firm and, together with his team, advises companies on corporate governance issues, management and supervisory board matters, as well as on questions of stock corporation and group law and strategically in the area of compliance. In addition, he regularly accompanies M&A transactions and has special expertise in the areas of financial services, joint ventures and merger control due to his many years of experience with a large German auditing firm and as a banker.
In the Juve Handbook of Commercial Law Firms 2021/2022, Attorney Rohde is listed as one of the leading advisors in Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland in corporate law and is described by clients as a "sovereign advisor on changes in corporate structure".
In addition to advice and representation in the context of reforming and improving partnership and corporate structures as well as in contract law matters, he supports our clients in these areas, in particular in the prevention of extrajudicial and judicial disputes.
A particular specialization and competence of Mr. Rohde lies in the area of corporate succession consulting. Mr. Rohde advises and accompanies medium-sized companies from the foundation to the liquidation and winding up in all corporate and contract law matters. At every stage of the proceedings, we support the tax law interests of our clients by consulting a tax consultancy firm with which we have been working continuously and reliably for many years.
The interests of our clients are enforced in national and international arbitration proceedings as well as ordinary court proceedings.
