Since her admission to the bar, Ms. Prusseit has been particularly committed to medical malpractice law and, until she joined our firm, headed the medical law department of a renowned law firm specializing in insurance and medical law for many years.
She advises on both the extrajudicial and judicial protection of her clients' interests in the field of human medicine throughout Germany and is involved in physician liability issues, both arising in private practice of physicins and in the inpatient sector (hospital liability).
