Michael Frohn

Michael Frohn is a partner in our law firm. From 1986 he was significantly involved in the development and management of the law firm Andörfer Lawyers in Cologne. Andörfer Lawyers merged with KUNZ Lawyers with effect as of January 1, 2020.

The main focus of his legal work lies in our areas of areas of competence “Construction & Real Estate” and “Business & Economy”. He assists commercial clients, among others, in the establishment and support of property companies, in the negotiation of property purchase and leasehold contracts, real estate development and the drafting of commercial lease agreements. Mr. Frohn has a special focus on the brewery industry, having advised numerous private breweries and beverage wholesalers, for whom he handles not only beverage supply contracts in all their forms, but also issues of rental and lease law.

Mr. Frohn supports medium-sized companies and shareholders in all business activities from start-ups and acquisitions, inheritance law and succession or transition arrangements, restructuring or reorientation. As part of our “Work & Personnel” team, Mr. Frohn is also active in the related labor law issues and disputes, ranging from dismissals to the conclusion of company collective bargaining agreements, works agreements, etc.

Due to his constant highly competent and always solution-oriented type of advice, Michael Frohn combines the roles of legal and trusted advisor of choice for often family-run companies.

Together with the lawyers Sarx, Steinborn and Werdein, he also heads the competence team “Railway Infrastructure and Transport”. The firm has been advising and representing both railroad infrastructure and railroad transport companies for many years.
