Mr. Majewski advises public authorities and companies on public law, with a focus on construction and public procurement law. For this purpose, he works in our competence teams Procurement and Tendering, Real Estate and Construction, and State and Administration.
Mr. Majewski advises in particular on questions of construction and planning law. This includes advice on planning law, advice on the question and establishment of the approvability of building projects and, if necessary, also the examination and, if needed, the contestation of building permits. In addition, Mr. Majewski advises on special administrative law, in particular on environmental and energy law issues.
In public procurement law, Mr. Majewski advises on the conception, implementation and judicial review of public tenders. This concerns projects in the area of planning and construction as well as all other areas of public procurement law, in particular the areas of transport and IT/IP.
Where necessary, Mr. Majewski appears in disputes before review bodies, administrative and ordinary courts.
