Ms. Silvia Simon specializes in providing comprehensive advice to small and medium-sized businesses. Ms. Simon was the managing partner of DORNBACH GMBH Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Mainz for many years and has strengthened our office in Mainz since July 1, 2022.
She is also responsible for advising and representing medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs in the areas of corporate law, family law, inheritance law and commercial tenancy law. She supports her clients in the drafting of contracts and represents them in the event of conflicts, both out of court and in court proceedings.
One of Ms. Simon's strengths is her keen understanding of business processes within a company, but also of the concerns and needs of entrepreneurs outside the company, for example in family or inheritance law matters or in the event of disputes.
