Mr. Saghafee Yazdi advises the public sector and companies with a focus on public commercial law and public procurement law. In this regard, he is part of our competence teams Procurement and Tendering as well as Environment, Climate and Energy.
In public procurement law, Mr. Saghafee Yazdi advises on the conception and implementation, but also judicial review of public tenders. This concerns projects from all areas of public procurement law, in particular the areas of traffic and IT/IP.
In public law, Mr. Saghafee Yazdi advises in particular on issues of special environmental and circular economy law.
Mr. Saghafee Yazdi is admitted to the bar since 2021 and has been working in this position in our firm since 2022. Mr. Saghafee Yazdi acts for his clients in disputes before review bodies, administrative and ordinary courts.
