Tim Schwarzburg

Tim Schwarzburg is a partner in our firm and together with his team advises companies and corporations, associations, foundations, their corporate bodies, management and supervisory boards, executives and independent works and staff councils comprehensively in all questions of labor law, commercial and corporate law as well as international business law. A particular specialization and competence of Mr. Schwarzburg also lies in the area of nationwide advising cooperative banks of all sizes as well as in the law of foundations and associations.

He advises and designs for our clients restructuring and reorganization schemes, mergers, transformations, company acquisitions and sales (M&A), outsourcing measures, company succession arrangements, the formation and reorganization of group structures, in all questions of compliance in banks and other enterprises, developing innovative concepts for the clients.

In employment law, Mr. Schwarzburg also supports companies and corporations in their day-to-day business under employment law as well as projects in developing modern and tailor-made working time and remuneration systems, concepts for staff reduction and personnel cost reduction, the entry and exit from collective bargaining agreements, the drafting of works agreements and company wage agreements as well as projects for conflict resolution in companies on the basis of internal mediation.

For the Academy of German Cooperatives in Montabaur (ADG) and in many in-house events of banks and other business enterprises all over Germany, he is active as a lecturer and trainer mainly for corporate bodies and executives in labor law and corporate law on various topics and projects.

Due to his competence and experience, he is a member of various supervisory and administrative bodies of companies, foundations and associations. He has published professional articles on various labour law issues, including in the NZA and öAT, and contributes as an author to labour law commentaries and handbooks.
