Dr. Heiko Giermann specializes in General Commercial and Corporate/M&A with a focus on clients in national and international trade and logistics. In the area of Corporate/M&A, Dr. Giermann advises clients on medium-sized transactions as well as on disputes between shareholders; in addition, he assists his clients in all matters of corporate housekeeping. In doing so, he benefits from his many years of experience in shareholder and supervisory bodies.
