KUNZ Rechtsanwälte advised the Italian privately held group F.L.T. on the acquisition of the system components business unit for after-market sales in the automotive sector from BREMI Fahrzeug-Elektrik GmbH & Co. KG. F.L.T. specializes in the distribution of spare parts for vehicles, holds investments in the financial and real estate sector and acts as a VC investor. The transaction leads to the carve-out of the acquired division and includes the acquisition of the BREMI brand, which is well-known in the market. KUNZ has also coordinated the tax and financial due diligence.
